We meet with you at your place of business.  Our agreements are short, written in plain English and can be terminated by you at any time for any reason.  Our fee structure is also simple, its a flat fee.  Once we begin to work together, you can contact us via our cell phones, email, fax or our main office number, whichever way is easiest for you.  Copies of your tax returns, financial statements and other information can be accessed by a secure website portal anytime you want to access the information.

Quick Turnaround Time:

Since we are a fixed fee firm, it means it is in everyone's best interest to complete the work quickly and accurately.  If there is a problem completing the work, we both suffer. Typically,  there will be one person in our firm who will be your primary contact.  Although, that person is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the work performed, all work is reviewed by a partner of the firm.  C & A also has an internal quality process that was designed for accuracy as well as quickness.
